Sizzlin!

The last mani finally showed wear at 1 1/2 weeks! Wow!

So I haven't seen my friend Shawn in what seems like forever. I'm having a playdate with her tomorrow and guess what she loves perhaps more than her husband?

"IT'S BAYKAAAHN!" Isn't this mani idea hilarious??? Another friend found the inspiration mani on-line and we were laughing about the silliness and then I thought, "Wait a MINute! I'm actually gonna DO this goofy thing the next time I see Shawn!!!"

 I don't think I quite have the real life bacon texture down, but it will have to do! Coulda gone the Lady Gaga route and worn actual bacon on my fingertips but for some reason I opted out of that experience.

Started off with Sally Hanson Insta Dry Whirlwind White. The weather here in Sconny is a drop dead gorgeous 70 degrees these days... ridiculous. So I'm actually out on the deck here, short sleeves, no shoes.

This "special" mani for a special girlfriend warranted a trip to the nearest Walgreens, coupons in hand, for these next two polishes.

Both are Revlon Top Speeds. The more buff color is Cheers and the redder is Cherry. I wish I selected a color with a bit of brown for the darker polish!  SV on top.

And then I had bacon with my french toast dinner. No worries I still have all my fingernails...
